Our airport Meet and Greet service takes away all the airport hassle by a seamless end-to-end airport experience. From lounge stays, migratory forms fill out to private transportation, we guarantee smooth coordination at every point in the airport.

For Arrival: You will be greeted by an airport representative who will personally escort you to de-boarding the plane through and assist with immigration, migratory forms fill out, and luggage. The airport representative will introduce you to your VIVO driver if transfers are purchased through us.

Upon Departure – VIP Lounge: If you book your ride back to the airport with us, for an extra fee per person receive access to sanitized and spacious resting areas, complimentary food and beverages, WiFi, and more. VIP Lounge is open from 9 am to 7 pm.

*Price is per person, children under 3 are complimentarily accompanied by an adult. We require a 72-hour window to approve your service. Due to current regulations, our maximum number of reservations per flight is 4 people.
