About Us
Destination Management Company founded by Jesus Padilla, a native from the Baja with more than 20 years of experience in the transportation and logistics field.
Previously in the luxury hospitality industry, Jesus led the logistics and customer service at One&Only Palmilla and Las Ventanas al Paraiso, a Rosewood resort ̶ where he successfully managed a wide variety of services from resort programs buy-outs, group, and weddings clients to handling high-profile guests, including celebrities.
Most recently, Jesus and the VIVO team serve as vendors for luxury hotels, including Montage Los Cabos, the most exclusive residential communities such as Cabo del Sol and El Dorado, and the top event planners in Los Cabos including Del Cabo Weddings & Amy Abbott Events. The VIVO team is certified as Federal Guides with full credentials allowing them to design and host the most unique experiences.
