Booking Procedures: Reservations are recommended at least 24 hours in advance. To book, contact us via email at reservations@vivolx.com
Arrivals: Provide airline, flight number, and arrival time to ensure our logistics team tracks your flight. After clearing immigration and collecting luggage, head to the exit—VIVO hosts, holding a VIVO sign, will be visible at umbrella #3.
Departure: Please share the airline, flight number, and departure time. We will calculate the pickup time based on location and airport distance. A 10-minute tolerance applies; additional charges may apply for extended waiting times.
Rates: All payments are in USD.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days in advance to receive a full future travel credit or a refund, minus a 10% administration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
Liability: VIVO Luxury Services S de RL de CV, its agents, and affiliates are not liable for non-performance, injury (including death), loss, delays, expenses due to weather, sickness, government regulations, or other causes. This also applies to loss or damage to property and actions or omissions by our employees, agents, carriers, or service providers.
Travel to remote locations involves inherent risks, including limited medical services. We recommend ensuring adequate insurance coverage for personal health, property, and trip protection. By submitting your reservation, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
